G2 (Moderate) Geomagnetic Storm Warning in Effect

The G2 (Moderate) Geomagnetic Storm Warning has been extended and is now valid through 14 October at 0300 UTC (13 October; 11:00 pm ET). G1 (Minor) and G2 (Moderate) conditions have already occurred and are likely to continue overnight. Additionally, the G3 (Strong) Geomagnetic Storm Watch for tomorrow (14 October) remains in effect as CME effects continue to effect Earth. Stay tuned for updates on storm activity!
