G1 Minor Storm levels likely to continue into 15 Feb 2025
published: Sunday, February 16, 2025 16:59 UTC

The G1 (Minor) geomagnetic Storm Watch issued for 14 Feb, 2025 has been extended through 15 Feb. The coronal hole high speed stream (CH HSS) that moved into a position favorable for enhanced interaction between the high speed stream and Earth's magnetosphere continues to influence Earth. These enhancements are likely to cause elevated geomagnetic responses, with G1 (Minor) storm levels likely, through 15 Feb, 2025. Continue to monitor our website for updates.
