We are experiencing issues with our Auroral Ovation Model (30-minute auroral oval forecast) product. It has been stuck with old data from the end of December and our information and data technology experts are working on the problem, however, we do not have an estimated time as of yet when we think the problem will be resolved. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting that product back in operation as soon as possible.
